Basic Pizza Screen

To the left is our basic pizza screen which allows you to make a selection of pizza types, pizza toppings, and pizza sizes, as well as quote the order without placing it on the check. The image to the left shows the total of a small 12 inch pizza, with ham and green peppers on the entire pizza, and pepperoni on the left side and bacon on the right side. If the customer asked for the price of a medium, the employee would simply press the medium button and the price will be updated, opposed to resetting the entire selection. This allows the order taker to quick and easily price out different pizza's as the customer asks. Once the desired order is selected, the employee would use the Place On Check button to add the pizza to the existing order.

Cashier Reminder

Flashpoint's reminder feature will alert the cashier of additional items that should be included with the order. This helps ensure that the customer is satisfied and receives their entire order along with additional accessories that may be needed with the order.

Phone Center

This station should be dedicated to placing walk in orders and collecting for call in orders. This drastically increases customer throughput.

One station and employee should be supplied for each incoming phone line. The integrated Caller Id option automatically displays the customer information, past order, street address, special directions at the home, and any memo on the customer.

The customer's last order will be displayed and may be re-ordered with a single keystroke, saving valuable time and virtually eliminating costly pranks and errors. Delivery charges are automatically handled by the system, whether it be by quadrant, street or minimum order amount.

Orders can be routed to the proper stores using either the customers Postal/Zip code or by using the MapPoint® Interface. By using MapPoint®, drivers have the option of printing maps along with the fastest route. Managers have the ability to estimate the drivers return time based on the setups through MapPoint®.

When a customer calls to place an order for a future date or time, the order taker can simply place a deferred order. Once placed, the order will print at the appropriate date/time. There is no need to worry about the kitchen loosing the order or the order taker forgetting to place the order at the appropriate time. There is even a built in pricing function that displays the cost of the order allowing the manager to create special pricing on large orders.

Centralized Order Taking

Larger chains can use the centralized order taking to place orders from one central location and send the order automatically to the appropriate store using the internet. If an internet failure occurs Flashpoint has the capability to automatically send the order by fax, or print the order allowing the order taker to call the order into the store by cell phone.

Driver Dispatch

The use of a driver dispatch station assures the throughput of other processing modes by dedicating a station just for drivers. Flashpoint™ prints the directions to the street address as well as special directions to the house on the customer receipt which can also be sent to the drivers phone. This will save precious time for the driver, as there is no need to search on a map before leaving for deliveries.

Driver Dispatch allows you to easily group your deliveries and maintains driver departure in a first in first out basis. The drivers button will display a driver out report so you can determine when drivers should be returning.
